Brett Hazelden, Managing Director, commented:
"The September quarter was a period of significant progress for OD6, highlighted by the completion of our
acquisition of the Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada and the rapid advancement of exploration, metallurgy and
permitting activities. In a relatively short period, we have substantially expanded our understanding of the scale,
grade and potential of this historically productive fluorspar district.
Our systematic exploration programs continue to deliver exceptional results, with very high-grade mineralisation
confirmed at Horseshoe and Big Jim, an expanding mineralised footprint at Mammoth, and new discoveries
extending the prospective corridors between our priority targets. Importantly, the more recent results from Blue Bell
and Shannon Queen demonstrate that the opportunity extends well beyond our initial focus areas, reinforcing the
potential for multiple high-grade fluorspar deposits across the broader Quinn district.
At the same time, we are progressing the work required to move Quinn towards resource definition and potential
development. The submission of our drilling and bulk-sampling Plan of Operations to the US Forest Service
represents a major milestone, while encouraging ore-sorting and mineralogical results provide increasing confidence
in the potential for relatively simple processing pathways. Our engagement with US Government agencies and
industry organisations is also progressing as we position Quinn within the growing strategic focus on securing
domestic critical mineral supply chains.
With the successful completion of our recent capital raising, OD6 is well positioned to maintain momentum across
these activities. Our immediate priorities are to progress permitting towards commencement of our maiden drilling
program, advance metallurgical testwork and assess development opportunities, while continuing our important
rare earth processing work with ANSTO at Splinter Rock. We believe the combination of exceptional fluorspar grades,
an expanding district-scale exploration opportunity and strong US strategic relevance provides a compelling
foundation for the Company's next stage of growth."

Exploration and Development (including subsequent events)
Quinn Fluorspar Project, Nevada USA
Exercise of
Quinn Option
On the 4 August 2026 OD6 announced it completed acquisition of the district scale high
grade Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada USA. The Project provides OD6 with direct
exposure to a strategically important critical mineral within the United States. The Project's
key attributes include:
• a historical fluorspar mining district containing multiple known fluorspar occurrences
• 100% ownership of 226 mining claims covering ~1,890 hectares
• +20 Fluorspar occurrences,
• exceptionally high-grade fluorspar mineralisation
• Multiple high-priority drill targets defined
• Low impurity mineralisation supports potential Acidspar (>97% CaF2) and Metspar
products
• Permitting Plan of Operations submitted and baseline surveysc ompleted
• Metallurgical testwork advancing
• Potential Gold Upside identified in soil sampling across Mammoth, Horseshoe and
Dress Circle
Together, these results reinforceOD6's view that Quinn has the potential to emerge
as a strategically significant domestic source of high-grade fluorspar in a U.S.
market that remains 100% net import reliant.

Drilling Permit
Application
OD6 submitted submitted a Plan of Operations (“PoO”) to the United States Forest
Service (“USFS”) seeking approval for a major drilling and bulk-sampling program on the
15 September 2026.
The submitted PoO provides for up to 139 drill pads across the Quinn Fluorspar Project,
representing ~10,000 m of priority drilling with the flexibility to complete multiple drill
holes from individual pads. Drilling is designed to establish the geological, grade and
continuity to support a future Mineral Resource Estimate
The proposed program will initially focus on the priority Horseshoe, Mammoth and Big
Jim fluorspar areas, together with other high-priority targets identified through OD6’s
systematic geological mapping, geochemical sampling, structural interpretation and review
of historical exploration.
The PoO also seeks approval for bulk sampling from selected fluorspar mineralised areas,
providing representative material to support larger-scale ore sorting, beneficiation and
comprehensive metallurgical testwork.
Submission follows completion of the planned biological and cultural baseline field surveys
across the Project area and represents another major milestone in OD6’s strategy to front-
end load environmental and permitting activities at Quinn.
OD6 is targeting approval of the PoO through a Categorical Exclusion (“CE”) pathway,
subject to assessment and determination by the USFS.
The PoO submission represents delivery against the permitting strategy previously outlined
by OD6, under which the Company elected to commence environmental, cultural and
regulatory activities early in the advancement of Quinn.

Horseshoe
Re-assays
Materially
HIgher
On the 25 August 2026 OD6 announced the re-assay results from expanded channel
sampling completed at the Horseshoe Prospect.
ALS Global laboratories informed OD6 that the original assay technique used for the
Horseshoe channel samples can exhibit a negative bias for this specific high-grade fluorspar
matrix, resulting in under-estimation of fluorine and calculated CaFâ‚‚ grades
Re-assaying by ALS confirms a material uplift in CaFâ‚‚ grades compared with the original.
6
• Standout results of re-assayed results, from expanded in-pit channel sampling:
o SE Wall: 50m @ 79.3% CaF2 (previously reported as 63.9%)
o North Pit: 27m @ 65.1% CaF2 (previously reported as 54.4%)
o NW Wall combined 22m @ 78.8% CaF2 (previously reported as 70.7%)
o Central Bench: 15m @ 85.8% CaF2 (previously reported as 65.8%)
• 31 samples at Horseshoe return >90% with peak value of 98.8% CaF2
• New assay results align with the recent large-format metallurgical samples
returning 90% and 76.2% CaF2 (refer release dated 12 August 2026)
• Channel Sampling within mapped 80m wide exposed zone, with previous reported
drilling and open pit exposure indicating a tabular zone 15 to 30m thick
• Mineralisation remains open up-dip beneath the silicified cap and down-dip
beneath talus cover, highlighting significant expansion potential
• Outstanding consistency demonstrated across all 120 channel samples averaging
74.7% CaF2, with 85% grading above 50% CaF2 at an average of 90.4% CaF2

Metallurgy &
Ore Sorting
Progress
The Company announced highly encouraging TOMRA ore sorting results demonstrating
clear discrimination between high-grade fluorspar, lower-grade/mixed material and barren
waste on 12 August 2026.
Comprehensive ~166kg metallurgical sample suite selected across discrete mining
domains, spanning high and medium-grade mineralisation plus low/no-grade hanging-wall,
footwall and internal waste, capturing mining dilution and feeding both the TOMRA and
Core Metallurgy programmes
Exceptional head grades confirmed across all four principal mineralised domains,
98.3% CaFâ‚‚ Big Jim main vein, 90.0% CaFâ‚‚ Horseshoe high-grade mineralisation, 86.7%
CaFâ‚‚ Blue Bell main vein, 76.2% CaFâ‚‚ Horseshoe breccia mineralisation, 40.4% CaFâ‚‚
Mammoth breccia mineralisation
Independent QXRD mineralogy strongly corroborates the exceptional fluorspar
content, returning 98.6% fluorite Big Jim, 90.4% fluorite Horseshoe, 91.6% fluorite
Blue Bell, 48.5% fluorite Mammoth
Importantly, QXRD identified fluorite as the only fluorine-bearing mineral, supporting
the interpretation of the fluorine assays
Very low levels of gangue and deleterious elements arsenic, cadmium, base-metals,
sulphur or uranium - meets Metspar and Acidspar product requirements even before
upgrade
TOMRA's Laser and XRT technologies demonstrate the ability to separate ore from
waste, supporting rejection of mining dilution at coarse particle size before milling
and flotation
Exceptional natural grades combined with proven ore-sorting performance support a low-
CAPEX Direct Shipping Metspar product with minimal beneficiation, offering near-term
cash flow potential ahead of a full flotation circuit
12
Upgraded feed can also be directed to flotation for production of higher-value Acidspar

Gold Potential
at Quinn
The Company announced that gold anomalism has been identified during exploration for
fluorspar (CaFâ‚‚), the Project's principal commodity, with no prior modern gold exploration
previously conducted at Quinn. Refer to ASX 29 July 2026
Sampling has returned high-grade gold assays up to 6.31g/t Au, 2.74g/t Au, 2.23g/t Au
& 1.61g/t Au with multiple additional samples above 0.5g/t Au, from outcrop in the
footwall, west of the main Mammoth Fluorspar breccia
Extensive gold and pathfinder element anomalies identified in soil sampling across
Mammoth, North Horseshoe Canyon and Dress Circle point to a large, highly prospective
footprint
These results reinforce OD6's view that Quinn sits within a highly fertile epithermal
mineral system, capable of hosting significant fluorspar and now, gold mineralisation
The Project's geology and structural setting are considered prospective for epithermal
deposits with comparable settings to those Nevada projects at Beatty and Round Mountain
and Carlin style systems on the Battle Mountain-Eureka & Carlin Trends (>160Moz Au)
Daisy Mine, historically one of Nevada's largest fluorspar producers, sits proximal to
AngloGold Ashanti's ~14Moz Au Beatty gold district, and fluorspar occurrences also at
Round Mountain (>15Moz Au, Kinross Gold) underscore the strong link between fluorspar
systems and world-class gold deposits in Nevada
