Brett Hazelden, Managing Director, commented:
"The June quarter represented a transformational period for OD6, highlighted by the acquisition and rapid
advancement of the Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada, USA.
In a short period of time, our technical team has successfully validated decades of historical exploration and
demonstrated that Quinn hosts multiple exceptional high-grade fluorspar systems, including Mammoth, Horseshoe
and Big Jim.
Importantly, these deposits are demonstrating characteristics significantly different from traditional narrow vein
fluorspar occurrences, with broad zones of high-grade replacement-style mineralisation identified from surface.
During the quarter we also significantly expanded our land position from the original 48 claims to 226 Mining
Claims covering 4,670 acres, creating a district-scale opportunity with numerous high-priority targets. Our longer-
term vision is a hub-and-spoke development model — with multiple deposits potentially supplying a centralised
processing facility at Quinn.
The outstanding grades and widths being achieved at Horseshoe, combined with historical drilling and metallurgical
results, provide OD6 with multiple potential development pathways. We are particularly encouraged by the
opportunity to evaluate an early-stage Metspar production pathway, while progressing metallurgical studies
targeting premium Acidspar products.
Fluorspar is recognised as a critical mineral in the United States, which currently remains reliant on imports for
domestic supply. With applications across semiconductors, defence, aerospace, nuclear, batteries and advanced
manufacturing, Quinn provides OD6 with exposure to a commodity of increasing strategic importance.
Alongside Quinn, we continue to progress our Splinter Rock Rare Earth Project in Western Australia and Gulf Creek
Copper Project in New South Wales, providing shareholders with exposure to a portfolio of critical minerals aligned
with future global supply chain requirements."

Historic Drill
Results at
Horseshoe
On the 14 May 2026 (refer ASX 14 May 2026) OD6 rreported the identification and
validation of exceptionally high-grade historic drilling results from Union Carbide
Corporation at the Horseshoe Fluorspar Deposit.
• Historic drilling by Union Carbide Corporation (1958) confirms exceptionally high-
grade fluorspar (CaFâ‚‚) mineralisation from surface
• Four shallow drill holes (H1 to H4 with ~38m av. depth) intersected significant
widths of high-grade CaFâ‚‚
• Drilling targeted the southern corner of the system and did not test the high-grade
core later exposed in open-pit mining
• Historical assaying only tested bulk Fluorspar intercept zones
8
• Multiple sections of core were never assayed, yet logged with fractured breccia
and/or vein material, which may be fluorspar bearing, indicating mineralised widths
may be materially greater than historic drilled widths
• Outstanding high-grade fluorspar (CaF2) drill intercepts include:
o 14.3m @ 70.9% CaF2 (from surface) – H4
â–Ş Peak result of 84% CaF2 over 1.5m
o 14.0m @ 59.9% CaF2 (from 19.5m) - H2
â–Ş Peak result of 86.7% CaF2 over 1.5m
o 25.8m @ 46.2% CaF2 (from 0.9m) – H1 including:
â–Ş 12.8 m @ 60.9% CaF2 (from 0.9m) | Peak result of 93.7% CaF2 over 1.2m
â–Ş 3.4 m @ 58.8% CaF2 (from 16.8m) | Peak result of 82.0 % CaF2 over 1.2m
â–Ş 3.5m @ 43.7% CaF2 (from 22.3m) | Peak result of 66.1% CaF2 over 0.3m
o 6.4m @ 46.2% CaF2 (from 22m) – H3
â–Ş Peak result of 50.1% CaF2 over 1.8m
• Mineralisation is interpreted as a fault-controlled replacement system (with an
exposed footprint of ~3,000m²) and is open up-dip, down-dip and at depth
• Future drill programs will test the system at the depth for the first time, targeting
untested high-grade zones and extensions beyond the historical shallow intercepts

Low Impurity
Levels Support
Acidspar and
Metspar
On the 16 June 2026 (refer ASX 16 June 2026) OD6 reported the multi-element results from
fluorspar bearing samples from the Horseshoe and Mammoth deposits that included:
• Impurity levels are below typical global industry thresholds, underpinning strong
potential for a premium metspar product without prior processing at Horseshoe
• Both Horseshoe and Mammoth deposits demonstrate an exceptional pre-
processing impurity suite, most notably:
o Lead and other base metals very low, for a raw fluorspar feed compared to
other deposits - presenting low risk of groundwater contamination
o Sulphur well below global industry thresholds - presenting low acid mine
drainage risk
o Arsenic and cadmium at trace to non-detectable levels - reducing
environmental risk and downstream processing risk
o Phosphate within acidspar tolerances
o Uranium and thorium below detection limits, minimising radionuclide risk
o Potential deleterious elements are low compared to contaminants at other
deposits in Mexico, US, Europe and China.
• High grades of >70% average CaF2 grade in Horseshoe with low deleterious
elements or pollutants provides strong potential for Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) for
a MetSpar Product
• With low deleterious elements or pollutants Horseshoe and Mammoth have the
potential to be upgraded to AcidSpar (>97%) using ore-sorting and simple
flotation
• New metallurgical testwork samples have been received at a metallurgical
laboratory and are due for commencement of analyses
• Sulphur levels significantly below industry norms reduce acid-generating waste risk,
providing tangible environmental and permitting advantages
10
Acidspar and Metspar
Fluorspar (also known as fluorite) is a simple mineral with the formula CaF2, which contains
48.9% fluorine by weight. Fluorspar is the main mineralogical source of fluorine. High-grade
fluorspar mineralisation is typically upgraded through simple processing to produce
concentrates known as Acidspar, and Metspar.
MetSpar is a mineral product containing >60% fluorspar (CaF2) and is sold to the steel
industries as a fluxing agent. As a fluxing agent, the MetSpar improves slag fluidity, remove
impurities, lower the melting temperature, protect refractory materials and to enhance high-
end stainless steel products.
MetSpar typical needs to be:
• >60% CaF2
• less than 5,000ppm lead (Pb)
• less than 3,000ppm sulphur (S)
AcidSpar is an upgraded mineral product containing >97% fluorspar (CaF2) and is sold to
the chemical industry for hydrofluoric acid production, and ultimately is used in the nuclear
fuels industry, battery technologies, solar panels, defence technologies and AI chip
manufacturing.
AcidSpar specifications typically need to be:
• >97% CaF2
• <1.5% silica (SiO2),
• <10-20ppm arsenic,
• <1,000ppm sulphur (S)
• <100-550ppm phosphorous (P).
• Penalties or refusal are potentially applied for high lead (Pb) and other base-metals
(Cu, Zn, Mo), and pollutants such cadmium, chromium or any radioactive elements such
as uranium or thorium.
Reviewed testwork suggests that Quinn mineralisation has the potential to produce both
Metspar and premium Acidspar products, depending on processing configuration and
optimisation (refer ASX 20 May 2026).
A modern metallurgical testwork program is has commenced, with extensive representative
samples now collected from across the project, which have now received at the laboratory in
Australia. The program includes optical ore sorting with TOMRA and flotation optimisation
with Core Resources.

streamline future permitting requirements
• Alignment with U.S. critical minerals policy and FAST-41 permitting framework
potential
Big Jim
Rediscovered
On the 12 May 2026 (refer ASX 12 May 2026) OD6 announced confirmed the rediscovery of
the historically referenced high-grade Big Jim Fluorspar Lode at its Quinn Fluorspar Project.
• Big Jim Fluorspar (CaF2) workings, noted in historic US Geological Survey reports,
located through targeted field reconnaissance with extensive high-grade system
confirmed including massive fluorspar exposed at surface, plus a tunnel inferred to
be the Big Jim lode:
• Massive purple fluorspar vein, inferred as historically reported lode reported with
98.6% CaF2
• Exposed footwall breccia with lower contact not exposed (may be wider) inferred
as historically reported “gangue” with 60% CaF2.
• Historic workings mapped out of >220m (>700 feet) with reported high-grade
fluorspar throughout and at either end (System open to the North and South)
• Multiple rock samples collected and pending assay
• Metallurgical samples collected and testworks underway for further optical sorting,
crushing, grinding and flotation
• Shallow westerly dip provides direct target for drilling ultra-high-grade fluorspar
system extending underneath lithocap.
• Highest grade discovery lode to date and presents an additional extensive system
• Complements the existing nearby Mammoth and Horseshoe discoveries for resource
drill out

Gulf Creek Copper Project, NSW
Off Hole
Conductors to
be followed up
Previously OD6 advised that Downhole Electromagnetic (DHEM) has identified a strong off-
hole conductors at the Gulf Creek Copper Project (refer ASX 23 January 2026).
The previously announced diamond drill holes at Gulf Creek, GDD007 to GDD010 did not
yield significant economic intercepts. However, the Company continues to analyse the multi-
element data for vectoring to new copper targets.
The newly identified strong conductor is located proximal to historic high-grade copper
workings and represents a compelling new drill target, supporting the potential for fault-
offset or stacked mineralised lodes beneath the historic mine.
